We are expanding our leadership team and inviting dynamic, seasoned civil engineering professionals to join our Corporate Head Office in Gurugram, Haryana.
Position: Project Coordinator – Civil
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Corporate Office)
- Experience Required: 15–20 Years
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Domain Focus: Road Infrastructure (Highways) & Airport Projects
Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator – Civil, you will serve as the strategic bridge between executive management, site teams, and consultants. You will drive operational excellence, monitor milestones, and ensure project delivery aligns with our standards of engineering and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Monitoring: Track execution schedules, physical and financial progress, critical path milestones, and project deliverables for ongoing highway and airport projects.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise seamlessly between Project Heads, on-site execution teams, consultants, and management to streamline operations.
- Reporting & MIS: Review site progress data, identify operational bottlenecks or delays, recommend corrective actions, and submit structured MIS reports to executive leadership.
- Resource & Planning Support: Assist in strategic resource allocation, review critical technical issues, and ensure smooth corporate-to-site workflow integration.
Who We Are Looking For
- 15–20 years of hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven background in handling Highways/Roads and Airport infrastructure projects.
- Strong acumen in project planning, scheduling, delay analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
